PrimoPicks keeps your data on your device. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. We (the developer) never see your betting records, your settings, or your API key — none of it is ever transmitted to us. The only network traffic the app generates is the odds-data requests you make with your own API key, which go directly from your device to your data provider.
PrimoPicks is a paid sports-odds analysis and record-keeping application for iPhone and Android, developed and published by Salvatore Gencarelli ("we," "us"). PrimoPicks is an analysis and tracking tool only: it does not accept, place, facilitate, or process wagers of any kind, and it moves no money other than the one-time purchase price you pay through the app store you bought it from.

We do not collect, receive, store, sell, or share any personal data. PrimoPicks has no user accounts, no registration, no server operated by us, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. We have no database of users, and we could not look up your activity if asked, because it never reaches us.
PrimoPicks works entirely on your device. The following data exists only in the app's private storage on your phone:

On Android, the app is configured to exclude its data from the operating system’s automatic cloud backup, so your records and API key are not copied into device backups. On iPhone, app data may be included in your iCloud device backup if you have backups switched on; that backup is between you and Apple, and we have no access to it. On either platform, uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data from the device. We have no copy and cannot recover it for you.
PrimoPicks displays odds data fetched with an API key that you obtain yourself from a third-party odds-data provider, The Odds API (the-odds-api.com). When you request data, your device connects directly to that provider and transmits your API key to authenticate the request. That traffic goes from your device to the provider — it does not pass through any server of ours.
Your relationship with the odds-data provider is governed by that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We do not control what the provider logs about requests made with your key.
PrimoPicks is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). The transaction is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment card details or billing information; the store provides us only the aggregate sales reporting normal to all developers on that platform. The app contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising.
The app requests no special device permissions beyond network access, which it uses solely to fetch odds data from your provider when you ask it to (on Android this is the single Internet access permission). It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files outside its own storage, or any other device capability.
PrimoPicks deals with sports-betting subject matter and is intended for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone — children included — because the app collects no data at all.
If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date before that version is released. Because we cannot contact you (we hold no contact information), the current policy at this address is always the authoritative version.
