Document unwanted robocalls. Build an evidence packet. Keep it all on your phone.
CallCash helps you keep a careful, contemporaneous record of unwanted robocalls: who called, when, what you heard, and whether the circumstances line up with the elements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. From those records it prepares an editable demand letter and a PDF evidence packet you can review, change, and send yourself.
It is a documentation tool. It is not a law firm, it does not provide legal advice, it does not file anything on your behalf, and it does not guarantee any outcome or payment.
No. CallCash does not block, screen, or identify callers, and it does not use CallKit. It is a record-keeping and document tool, not a call blocker.
iOS does not let any third-party app read your call history — that is an Apple platform restriction, not a CallCash limitation. Entering a call yourself also produces a stronger record, because contemporaneous notes made by you carry more weight than an automated log.
No. CallCash cannot record a phone call. It can transcribe a voicemail you export from the Phone app and import yourself. That runs on your device first, and if it fails the app asks before using Apple's speech service. Call-recording laws vary by state and some require all-party consent; you are responsible for the legality of any audio you import.
On your iPhone, in the app's private storage. Your calls, notes, letters and PDFs never leave the device and are never sent to us. The one exception is voicemail transcription: if on-device transcription can't read a recording, the app asks whether to send that single file to Apple's speech service, and never does so without your tap. See the Privacy Policy.
The free tier lets you log calls, flag violations, and generate one letter covering one call. Premium unlocks unlimited demand letters, PDF evidence packet exports, and voicemail transcript attachments. It is an auto-renewable subscription: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Swipe to delete an individual call in the Logged Calls list, or delete the app to remove everything at once. We hold no copy anywhere, so there is nothing to request from us.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us anyway if something went wrong — we would like to know.
